Non-fried, no-oil process

Our non-fried instant noodles are dried, not deep-fried. With no frying oil to oxidize, they keep for up to 12 months — a cleaner noodle and an export-ready shelf life.

5 kg micro-sampling

Co-develop for the cost of a sample, not a production run. Our in-house sampling center starts from just 5 kg — down from a typical 154 kg.

Engineered consistency

A 3-zone temperature-controlled drying room (8-hour process) and a 9-pass continuous rolling press, now extended by our new IoT-connected Changbin plant.

100+ techniques + R&D

Over 100 noodle techniques, advanced through industry-academia R&D with Providence University and Chung Yuan Christian University.

From a family noodle eatery to an export-ready maker

The story begins with a family noodle eatery in the 1950s. That craft grew into a modern manufacturer — now building non-fried lines and an IoT-connected plant to make cleaner, export-ready noodles for partners worldwide.

With our Taichung facility at capacity, we built a new IoT-connected plant at Changbin Industrial Park (Changhua), running two lines — hanging-dry and non-fried instant — for greater capacity and engineered consistency.
