The frameworks behind every batch

Our production runs under internationally recognised food-safety management systems. We treat these as the baseline an export-ready noodle plant should meet, not as a marketing badge.

ISO 22000

A food-safety management standard that ties together hazard control, traceability and process documentation across the whole operation, so a problem can be traced and contained rather than guessed at.

HACCP

A preventive approach that identifies the critical points in noodle making where safety must be controlled, then monitors and records them, so quality is engineered in at the line rather than inspected at the end.

We keep our compliance paperwork ready to share under inquiry. Tell us your market and intended use, and we will send the relevant documents so your import and listing process can move without back-and-forth.

  • ISO 22000 certificate copy — issuer, scope and validity, available on request.
  • HACCP certificate copy — issuer, scope and validity, available on request.
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) per shipment — sample COA available on request.
  • Product specification sheets — net weight, carton configuration, shelf life, allergens and nutrition, issued per SKU on request.

How we control quality

Quality is built into the process

Certificates prove a system exists. The day-to-day result comes from how the noodles are actually made. Three things in our process do the heavy lifting on consistency and clean labels.

Controlled drying

An 8-hour drying process across a 3-zone temperature-controlled room stabilises moisture and texture, so the same recipe behaves the same way batch after batch.

Clean-label, non-fried

Our non-fried instant-noodle line uses no oil in the process, so that line is oil-free by method — a cleaner spec sheet and a simpler story for health-conscious shoppers.

Formulated for the vulnerable

Our baby-food line is made salt-free and additive-free. Holding ourselves to the standard of the most sensitive eaters keeps the discipline high across the whole range.
